The business is structured to self-perform the work it tenders. In-house paving, excavation, sewer and watermain, concrete, and streetscaping crews give Four Seasons direct control over schedule, quality, and safety on every contract. Asphalt plants under company ownership support the paving operations.
Clients include the Region of Peel, Region of York, Region of Halton, City of Vaughan, City of Mississauga, City of Richmond Hill, Town of Milton, Metrolinx, and Scarborough Health Network.
