Four Seasons operates a fully documented site safety program covering every active contract. Full COR certification through the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association, Book 7 certified traffic personnel on every traffic-affecting work day, and direct supervision by a Health and Safety Manager carrying the National Construction Safety Officer designation.

Book 7 Traffic Control

Traffic control personnel on every Four Seasons contract hold Book 7 certification. Staging plans, signage installation, and live-traffic procedures managed by certified staff.

Professional Engineer Oversight

Quality Control Manager licensed as Professional Engineer with PMP designation. Quality control program operates under direct supervision of a licensed engineer.

IHSA

IHSA Membership

Active membership in the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association. Continuous engagement with the industry safety community supports ongoing program improvement.

Metrolinx

Metrolinx Corridor Certified Personnel

Field staff working within active rail corridors hold the required Metrolinx safety certifications. Hot work, track access, and corridor coordination managed under established Metrolinx protocols.

Daily Site Supervision

Health and safety supervision integrated into daily site management. Every active site operates under a Site Superintendent supported by trade Foremen and the company Health and Safety Manager.

Toolbox Talks and Site Orientation

Standardized site orientation for every worker on every contract. Documented toolbox talks address site-specific hazards including live traffic, active rail, confined spaces, and heritage settings.

Incident Reporting and Investigation

Documented incident reporting and investigation procedures. Lessons learned communicated across active sites and integrated into ongoing safety program development.

External Audits

External audits supporting COR certification maintenance. Independent verification of program implementation and continuous improvement requirements.

Quality Control

Quality Management on Public Contracts

Quality control is integrated within the safety and operations framework. Quality Control Manager licensed as Professional Engineer with PMP designation. Direct oversight of material verification, placement records, inspection coordination, and submittal management.

Quality control on public-sector contracts operates within the contract administration framework of the client. OPSS specifications, contract-specific requirements, and consulting engineer review processes are integrated into the standard quality program. Documentation is managed through the established framework of each client, including Metrolinx, the regional governments, and the municipalities Four Seasons serves.

Material testing, density verification, mix design compliance, and field inspection coordination are conducted in accordance with the relevant standards. Test results, inspection records, and placement documentation are retained in accordance with contract requirements and made available to client representatives on request.
