Quality control on public-sector contracts operates within the contract administration framework of the client. OPSS specifications, contract-specific requirements, and consulting engineer review processes are integrated into the standard quality program. Documentation is managed through the established framework of each client, including Metrolinx, the regional governments, and the municipalities Four Seasons serves.
Material testing, density verification, mix design compliance, and field inspection coordination are conducted in accordance with the relevant standards. Test results, inspection records, and placement documentation are retained in accordance with contract requirements and made available to client representatives on request.
