Woodbridge Avenue
Project Overview
The Woodbridge Avenue contract delivered streetscape and urban revitalization work in the historic Woodbridge commercial corridor of the City of Vaughan. Four Seasons completed the work in 2023 as prime contractor.
Woodbridge Avenue runs through the historic Woodbridge commercial corridor of the City of Vaughan. The contract delivered complete streetscape reconstruction including roadway, sidewalks, decorative concrete, unit paving, and integrated underground servicing within the heritage character of the corridor.
Streetscape work in an established commercial corridor differs from standard road construction. Finishing quality is highly visible, adjacent businesses and pedestrian traffic continue throughout the construction period, and the public realm is subject to continuous scrutiny. Four Seasons delivered the work through the dedicated streetscaping crews with specialized finishing skills supported by integrated underground and earthworks capability.
Continuous coordination with adjacent businesses, residents, and pedestrian traffic was managed through the prime contractor framework. Work zone setup, access maintenance, and complaint response were handled directly through Four Seasons site supervision.
The contract closed in 2023.
