Project Overview
The SHN Centenary Hospital Road Realignment contract delivered access road reorganization at the Scarborough Health Network Centenary Hospital site. Four Seasons completed the work in 2025 as prime contractor.
The SHN Centenary Hospital site required access road reorganization to support changes to site circulation. The contract delivered the road realignment within the active hospital campus environment, with construction proceeding alongside continuous emergency, patient, and staff traffic.
Maintaining hospital operations was the defining constraint of the work. Emergency vehicle access was maintained throughout the construction period. Site staging was coordinated continuously with hospital operations through the prime contractor framework.
Earthworks, granular placement, paving, and concrete work were delivered through Four Seasons in-house crews. The integrated trade capability supported the sequencing demands of construction within an active healthcare site.
The contract closed in 2025.
